Declare and Decree : Message

You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you;

Some of us have fought long battles and stood our ground. The Lord says, stand firm and decree the breakthrough you have been contending for, and I will come and establish it for you!

Take heart warriors! Praise the Lord for his goodness, lay hold, and enforce His covenantal promises that Christ has made available to us through the cross!
